Dannon Scio was the father of Traunt Rowan.

Dannon was a Federation official who, along with his wife, Cela Scio, became a victim of the Ilse Witch‘s manipulations and was destroyed politically. Died broken and despised, even by his and his wife’s closest friends.

Had been a member of the Coalition Council.
