Cela Scio was the mother of Traunt Rowan.

Cela was a Federation official who, along with her husband, Dannon Scio, became a victim of the Ilse Witch‘s manipulations and was destroyed politically. Died broken and despised, even by her and her husband’s closest friends.

Had been a member of the Coalition Council.
