Flay Creech was the first island on Kael Elessedil‘s map that the Jerle Shannara crew needed to find.
Small and compact. Grey and barren, a collection of mostly smooth mounds irrigated by an irregular patchwork of deep gullies that deposited seawater in shallow ponds all across its surface. The only things growing there were clusters of scrub and heavy weed patches. Barely half a mile across. A rocky outcropping just off the coast to the south that resembled a lizard’s head with its mouth agape and its crest lifted in warning.
