Spanner Frew was a builder of Airships.

Huge and burly with arms and legs like tree-trunks. A head of wild black hair. Ruddy weathered face obscured by a thick beard. Wore the bright sashes and gold earrings of Rovers. Bird sharp eyes.

Built Airships at a secretly located settlement that shifted at least every other year to avoid detection.

Morgawr

Was ordered by Redden Alt Mer to cast off the Jerle Shannara when the Morgawr‘s fleet appeared out of the mist, even though the ship was not yet ready.
