Initially told Ander Elessedil he could not see Eventine when he arrived with Lauren, and it was only when Ander insisted and went to move past Gael that he agreed to go in and wake Eventine. When he reappeared he told Ander he was the only one who could go in. Gael went back into Eventine’s chambers with Ander until he was requested to let Lauren in and was then dismissed.³The Elfstones of Shannara – pp 27-30
