The Prime Minister was well into his eighties and seemed much older to Paxon Leah than he had two years previously. The lines and hollows on his face reflected the stress and burden of responsibility he had weathered.

He had been close to Aphenglow Elessedil and then had an equally strong friendship with Isaturin.

He gave the welcoming speech for the negotiations between the Coalition Council and the Druids.

He was one of the first three Federation delegates to be killed by the Sleath.
