His capacity for evil nearly matched the Dagda Mor. He was selfish and hateful, he enjoyed duplicity and hurting people. He especially hated the Elves. He had and wanted no friends, the only reason he had come to serve the Dagda Mor was that he had the only thing the Changeling respected: more power than him.²The Elfstones of Shannara – p 20
